Due to national security concerns, the buyout proposal, which is between 3Com, Huawei and Bain Capital, fails to win approval from The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. This incident increases the tension between U.S and Chinese governments. Just another blowout for Chinese attempt to invest on U.S tech market…
