Microsoft acquires Yahoo?

Google is too gigantic to challenge… Microsoft is going to team up with Yahoo for a big chunk of cyber-pie.

Microsoft announced today to acquire Yahoo for 44.6B in US dollars. It’s amazing! The question is will Microsoft-Yahoo outGoogle Google.
