Verizon DSL Tech Support

I tried basic routines provided by Verizon’s automatic phone system – power off modem, router, computer and reboot. After trying all of them, I still couldn’t get online. I decided to call DSL Tech Support…Luck me, waiting for only less than 1 minute (usually 5 to 15 mins for Verizon). At that minute he picked me up, my connection was back up. Anyway, he said he is going to troubleshoot just in case it happened again. First he told me that he is going to run a line test, which was no problem at that time (of course, that’s all they said). Then I was told to login into westell modem model# 2200 but failed to connect via Safari, don’t know why. He finally gave up and asked me to login into Linksys router, which all the settings in it matched what he told me.
Now here comes the conclusion, he asked me to rate customer service from 1 to 5…I said that i would rate 3. What he told me is only 1 to 2 or 3 to 4 and there is no 3. Uhhhh… haha. that’s interesting.
